Timing: Sessions are 50 minutes long for individual therapy.

Scheduling & Cancellations: We'll work together to determine a regular meeting time. Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as they provide 48 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged for the appointment. 

Fees and Payment: My current rate is $200hr for individual therapy. My practice is entirely private pay. I do not accept any insurance, Please pay at the beginning of session. You may use cash, check, credit card or an HSA card.

Telephone and Telehealth Sessions: I find telephone and video sessions very effective and work with many clients outside of the Minneapolis area in this modality. Phone/video sessions may also be arranged if you're traveling, or otherwise unavailable to meet in person.
